Day one

I have exercised for over 20 years, usually with no plan in mind but doing what felt comfortable or taking classes at the college.  But this weekend I decided to create a plan to follow for the next 30 days using exercise videos and outdoor activities.  This morning, I got up at 5:15 and did a 30 minute cardio video before heading to work.  Tonight I plan to do another 30 minute cardio video and following it up with 20 minutes of yoga.  As I have gotten older I have found that it is very important to include yoga and pilates in my weekly exercise.
